ORGANIC HIGH OLEIC SUNFLOWER OIL

A great alternative to olive and extra virgin olive oil is Organic High Oleic Sunflower Oil. This versatile cooking oil is rich in omega fatty acids (oleic acid - a monounsaturated fat also known as Omega-9), has a high smoke point of 232°C and a budget-friendly price tag, making it your new go-to oil in the kitchen. Did you know a diet rich in high-oleic-acid from sunflower oil has been positively associated with lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides, so is a healthy option when it comes to everyday cooking. If you need to cook at elevated temperatures, Organic High Oleic Sunflower Oil should be at the top of your list – the high oleic content also gives it a longer shelf life than regular sunflower oil and some other cooking oils.
