Smooth and creamy, rich and decadent. This vegan chocolate avocado mousse just devine! You’d never guess from the taste that the main ingredient is avocado. Option to keep it simple or create a chocolate peanut butter mousse.
2 medium-large ripe avocados 1 large ripe banana 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/2 cup peanut butter OR 6 Medjool dates, pitted 1/2 cup sweetener of choice i.e. maple syrup, agave, coconut nectar or honey 1/4 cup almond milk Pinch of salt
Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more milk to thin if needed.
Taste and add more cacao or sweetener if desired.
Divide between 4-6 small glasses and chill for a few hours, or overnight.
Serve and enjoy!
