It has a smoother taste profile than the standard commercial processing grade, hence it is classified as A grade, however it is on the lower end of the A grade scale and its intended purpose is for use in food products and is recommended for commercial manufacturing and processing use.

Once opened, this product must be refrigerated and consumed within 6 months.

Depending on availability, this product will come in either a plastic or metal drum.
