Organic rapadura, also known as panela, is an unrefined and unbleached sugar popular for its unique caramel flavour. It is produced by simply evaporating the water from the organic sugar cane juice. Rapadura retains most of the naturally occuring vitamins and minerals, as unlike refined sugar, the nutrient dense molasses from the sugar cane is not removed during the pressing and drying process.
Rapadura is the perfect product for baking and the sweetening of food and drinks. Simply substitute 1 cup of rapadura for 1 cup of other sugars (e.g. white/raw/brown) in any recipe.
No GMO. No added colours or preservatived. Unbleached and unrefined.

The only sugar worth consuming
Best sugar for pretty much all purposes , amazing taste and not overwhelmingly sweet , full of natural nutrients unlike the white refined sugar , it doesn't even seem to spike up ones blood sugar like the white sugar.

Best alternative to any sugar
Rapadura sugar is the best sugar you can use. No matter the cost. It hasn’t been refined, pulled apart, seperated then put back together by artificial means and it hasn’t been bleached like white sugar. I was a sceptic a few years ago after my wife went to a Cyndi O’Meara Conference but I’ve now seen the light. I use single origin coffee beans at home and this sugar really redefines the coffee flavour. A caramelly edge to it yet still a great coffee taste. It even goes great in my French earl grey tea. Not to mention cakes and biscuit recipes. I also use my thermomix to further mill it to make icing sugar. It’s such a great all rounder and easily a substitute for white or raw sugar. I get Honest to Goodness’ brand or Cyndi’s Changing Habits brand. Both are awesome.
