Need a brain boost? This trail mix is the perfect pick-me-up! A fantastic combination of protein, fibre, omega 3, and sweetness for taste.

 

1 cup organic walnuts
1 cup pecans
½ organic pepitas
½ cup organic dried incaberries
3/4 cup organic dark chocolate drops
3/4 cups organic milk chocolate espresso beans (optional)

Optional

6 tbsp organic maple syrup
1 tsp organic cinnamon

 

  1. For a quick snack, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
