1/2 cup organic rolled oats 1 cup organic milk (your choice) 1 tbsp organic chia seeds 1/4 cup grated zucchini 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional) 1/2 tsp organic cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp organic raw honey
Toppings:
1 tbsp Australian pecans, chopped 1 tsp organic raw honey (optional) Handful of fresh blueberries

DESCRIPTION
In a jar or container with a lid, add all of the ingredients and stir or shake to combine.
Place in the fridge, with the lid on and leave overnight.
Before eating, top with chopped pecans, fresh blueberries and an extra drizzle of honey.
Grab a spoon and dig in!
Note: If you prefer warm oats, simply put in the microwave for 30 secs to heat.
