Delivery rates depend on your location. 

FREE DELIVERY to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra, Northern NSW and Gold Coast available for orders $150 (ex GST) or more. 

CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS

Honest to Goodness warehouse will only be closing on the Public Holidays. All other days we will be transacting and shipping orders. 

Alexandria Store closing dates are from December 25 and re-opening January 2, 2025.

DELIVERY COSTS - RETAIL CUSTOMERS

FREE DELIVERY on retail orders is available based on order value and weight. For orders that do not reach the free shipping minimum or exceed the weight limit, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Before placing your order you can estimate your shipping cost through your cart page.

Shipping rates are calculated on gross weight which includes the weight of product packaging. The packaging weight varies depending on the product where glass items are typically heavier than other packaging products.  

DELIVERY TIMES

 Please note these delivery estimates may be affected in and around public holiday periods.

The above estimates are an average of delivery times within our network of carriers and may change based on your postcode and carrier. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking details. You may also receive notifications directly from the carrier.

DELIVERY AREAS

We ship to all Australian postcodes. We currently do not ship internationally. 

DELIVERY COMPANIES 

We continuously source the most cost-effective method to deliver your orders and only work with the best carriers. We use a combination of our own drivers and carriers including Border Express, Blue Star, Australia Post and others.
All orders being sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers can only ship with Australia Post. 

PICK UP/COLLECTION

For customers within an 80km radius of our Alexandria showroom, Click & Collect is available.  If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, details will automatically be shown on the checkout page.

For customers eligible for Click & Collect, this service will not be available from December 23 to January 6, 2025.
