Mermaid Superfine Food Salt is a dried, naturally evaporated sea salt (sodium chloride) suitable for human consumption. This very fine, almost powdery sea salt has an average particle size of about 0.3mm. It is highly soluble, so it dissolves readily and mixes consistently with other fine granular ingredients. Mermaid Superfine is also suitable for brine preparations.
This salt is produced in Australia by natural solar evaporation of seawater.
This superfine salt does NOT contain an anticaking agent. As a result over time the fine grains are particularly susceptible to caking as salt absorbs/expels moisture from/to the atmosphere. With this in mind this product should be used within 6 months of purchase to avoid significant caking problems depending on local conditions.

HOW TO USE
