FANGST brings Limfjord blue mussels to your table. Grown in the cold waters of Denmark’s Limfjorden, these mussels develop a slow, natural flavour and firm texture. Preserved in a marinade of cold-pressed rapeseed oil, apple vinegar, dill, and fennel seeds, FANGST mussels are rich in protein and moderate in healthy fats - a nutrient-packed taste of the sea. ASC/MSC certified, the mussels are preserved in cans for long shelf life, which helps reduce food waste. Aluminium cans are fully recyclable.
