FANGST brings the Northern coast to your table. Rich in protein and healthy unsaturated fats, including omega-3s, their herring is wild-caught in the pristine waters of the Norwegian Sea. Lightly smoked over beech wood and seasoned with white pepper and ramson (wild garlic), FANGST has crafted a delicate, coastal flavour with a hint of forest freshness.

Wild-caught and ASC/MSC certified, the herring is preserved in cans for long shelf life, which helps reduce food waste. Aluminium cans are fully recyclable. FANGST is Scandinavian for ‘catch’- this is their product, made with care and attention to traditional flavours. Perfect for easy meals, sharing, or adding a Nordic touch to salads and simple dishes.

HOW TO USE

FANGST is ready to eat and meant for relaxed, shared meals. No need for complicated preparation - just enjoy the flavours of the North with family or friends.
