HOW TO USE

Enjoy straight from the jar as part of an antipasto selection, or add to pasta, salad, crackers, toast or basically anything you like. Once opened, ensure mussels are fully covered in oil, refrigerate and consume within 1–2 days.

These mussels are locally harvested, gently smoked to enhance their natural flavour and packed in canola oil to maintain freshness and texture. Seasoned simply with pepper and bay leaf, they retain the clean, briny character of Tasmanian waters while offering a subtle smoky depth.
