It helps break up clumps, evenly disperse the powder and create a naturally creamy texture with a light layer of froth.

HOW TO USE
Before use, soak the bamboo whisk in warm water for 1–2 minutes to soften the prongs and help prevent breakage when dry.
Add ½ teaspoon of matcha to a cup or bowl, pour over 50ml of hot water just below boiling, and whisk gently in an M or W motion until the matcha is smooth with a light layer of froth.
Top up with 150ml hot water or add heated or steamed milk to make a matcha latte, sweetening to taste if desired.
After use, hand wash only without soap and allow to dry completely; avoid using excessive force, and note that the centre of the whisk will naturally open after a few uses.
