HOW TO USE
Chop or add whole buttons to any recipe where a quality dose of vegan, dairy-free dark chocolate is required. Place whole buttons on top of your favourite muffins before you place in the oven or chop and add to your favourite trail mix for an energy boost. Melt and use as a ganache for cakes or as a dipping sauce with fresh fruit. To melt, simply place in a bowl over a pot of soft boiling water and stir the dark chocolate buttons with a wooden spoon to melt evenly.
Store in a cool, dry place - either cool room or fridge or kept below 20ºC and 65% maximum humidity.
