Macadamias are a native Australian food that have many health benefits. The oil contains 78% monounsaturated acids - the highest of any oil including olive oil. Macadamia oil is cholesterol free - naturally!
HOW TO USE
Adds a rich, nutty flavour to sweet and savoury dishes, a perfect addition for moreish brownies, salad dressings, or stir-fries. This oil has a smoke point 130 degrees celsius. Can also be used as a nourishing skin mousturiser.
Macadamia Oil can be used in skin care remedies to help nourish and moisturise dry skin. Macadamia oil is also very moisturising, regenerating and softening for the skin due to its high level of monounsaturated fatty acids.
