Slow dried over 16 hours and bronze extruded, this Khorasan macaroni has a light caramel colour and a creamy, nutty and subtle flavour.

HOW TO USE

Production has moved in-house to a dedicated artisan pasta facility in Brookvale, NSW, using the same traditional equipment previously operated by Wholegrain Milling. The pasta continues to be crafted with the same commitment to sustainable Australian grains and traditional methods.
The pasta is fermented, slowly air-dried over 16 hours and bronze-extruded, creating a nutrient-dense pasta that helps improve digestibility and nutrient availability.
