These chocolate almond bliss balls are delicious, fudgy and packed with healthy fats. They are the perfect afternoon or post workout snack!
1 cup walnuts 1 cup cashews ½ cup sunflower seeds 2 tbsp chia seeds ½ cup shredded coconut ⅓ cup cacao powder ½ cup almond butter ½ tsp Himalayan salt 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup (optional) 3-6 tbsp nut milk
Add the walnuts, cashews, sunflower seeds and coconut to a food processor and process until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except the almond milk and process until everything is combined.
Then in small increments, add the nut milk until the mixture is slightly sticky and is easy to roll.
Taking about 1 tbsp at a time, roll into balls.
Store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
