Made from a blend of Certified Sustainable Durum Wheat Flour, Certified Sustainable Stoneground Wholewheat Flour, wild fermented sourdough starter and filtered water. The pasta is fermented to help improve digestibility and nutrient availability.
Sourdough Pasta is nutrient-dense and a good source of protein and dietary fibre. Slow-dried over 16 hours and bronze extruded, these spirals have a light caramel colour and a sweet, nutty flavour with a beautiful depth of flavour that comes from the wholegrain.

HOW TO USE
Cook in boiling water for 6–8 minutes or until desired texture. It pairs well with roast pumpkin, olive oil, garlic, chilli and parsley.

The pasta is made from Certified Sustainable Australian grains, including Certified Sustainable Durum Wheat Flour, Certified Sustainable Stoneground Wholewheat Flour, wild fermented sourdough starter and filtered water.
Production has moved in-house to a dedicated artisan pasta facility in Brookvale, NSW, using the same traditional equipment previously operated by Wholegrain Milling.
The pasta continues to be crafted with the same commitment to sustainable Australian grains and traditional methods. The pasta is fermented, slowly air-dried over 16 hours and bronze extruded, creating a nutrient-dense pasta that helps improve digestibility and nutrient availability.
