GROWING & PROCESSING
Caught by local Alaskan boats during the annual wild salmon migration, the fish are harvested using selective, low-impact fishing methods in FAO Zone 67. This approach ensures minimal environmental disruption while supporting responsible fisheries management. After landing, the salmon is carefully prepared into skinless, boneless fillets and canned to preserve its natural flavour and texture. Packed in an aluminium tin with a ring-pull lid and protective cardboard sleeve, the packaging is widely recyclable. The product is canned in Latvia under strict quality standards to ensure consistency and food safety.
