This quick & easy prawn BBQ recipe is the perfect addition to your Australia Day outdoor feast. Enjoy!



  1. In a bowl, combine melted butter, Organic Garlic Paste, dried oregano, salt & pepper.
  2. Toss the prawns in the garlic butter herb mixture.
  3. Thread the prawns onto skewers.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side or until the prawns are opaque.
  5. Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter herb sauce. Serve immediately.
