GROWING & PROCESSING
Honest to Goodness Organic Coconut Syrup is made from the sap collected from the unopened blossoms of organically grown coconut palms. It is then carefully boiled and evaporated to reduce its water content and produce a naturally sweet coconut syrup with a naturally rich caramel to brown colour.
Natural variations in colour and flavour may occur between batches due to seasonal and agricultural conditions.
