To soften these dates up for easy blending, simply soak in hot water for 10-15 minutes. These dates will also soften when baked.

To maintain freshness and prevent fermentation, we recommend storing in an airtight container or in the fridge.

HOW TO USE
Pitted dates provide a deliciously moist flavoursome addition to baked products such as cakes, breads, muffins, pies and cookies. They also add a lot of flavour to muesli mixes.
GROWING & PROCESSING
They have simply been harvested & collected, graded then cleaned with water. They are then hand selected & pitted with a knife and packed. No artificial preservatives or additives were added.
