Amazing creamy consistency
I absolutely love the supreme coconut cream. Unlike other coconut cream, it hardly seperates into solids and water. This means it is super creamy & has a great consistency. I am so surprised that it doesn’t have emulsifiers in it! It must be the ratio of fat:water in the supreme blend. I dilute it to make coconut milk which makes it excellent value. Another review commented that the cream had a layer of oil on top when opened, I’ve never had this issue & find it very creamy but not oily.

Delish apart from oil slick
I love the H2G coconut milk as it tastes fresher than stire bought cans. I personally feel getting coconut cream is better value for money. The ony think I don't like about this product vs other coconut creams is the thick layer of coconut oil that coats the cream. I've never had that in other brands and would prefer it gone!
