1/2 cup organic rolled oats 1 cup organic milk (your choice) 1/2 large pear (grated) 1/4 tsp organic cinnamon Sprinkle of ground nutmeg 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt
Topping:
Small handful of chopped Australian walnuts 2 tbsp organic coconut flakes
In a jar or container with a lid, add all of the ingredients and stir or shake to combine.
Place in the fridge, with the lid on and leave overnight.
Just before eating, sprinkle on top walnuts and coconut flakes.
Grab a spoon and dig in!
Note: If you prefer warm oats, simply put in the microwave for 30 secs to heat.
