From Grain to Flour

Once harvested, the grain is transported directly to Wholegrain Milling's facility in Gunnedah, where it is carefully stored using chemical-free ventilation systems to preserve purity and quality.

Wholegrain Milling offers both stone milling and roller milling, allowing each flour to be produced for its ideal baking application.

Stone milling gently grinds the grain at cooler temperatures, helping retain the grain's natural flavour, minerals and enzymes while producing richly flavoured wholegrain and artisan flours.

Roller milling creates refined white flours with consistent performance, making them ideal for bread, pizza, pastries and everyday baking.
