White Chocolate Chip Cookies
SHORT DESCRIPTION
These soft and chewy White Chocolate Chip Cookies are buttery, golden and packed with creamy white chocolate chips. Perfect for afternoon tea, lunchboxes or sharing with family and friends.
DESCRIPTION
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and line two baking trays with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, caster sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the plain flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold through the white chocolate drops until evenly distributed.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions of dough into balls and place onto the prepared baking trays, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centres are still soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

- 250g Organic Unbleached Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder - Aluminium Free
- ½ tsp Bi Carb Soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 180g Organic White Chocolate Drops 40% Cocoa
